Visit the Royal Grand Palace, then go through the dazzling Wat Phra Kaew with its reserved Emerald Buddha, the Golden Chedi, Pantheon of the Chakri Kings, a miniature replica of Angkor Wat in Cambodia and the eight coloured towers. Cameras may not be used inside the buildings.Wat Phra Kaew is Thailand's most sacred temple, so please do not wear shorts, sandals or T-shirts. Certain buildings in the Palace grounds are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

VIMANMEK AND ABHISEK DUSIT MUSEUM

An all-day excursion which proceeds westwards for about 35 miles to Sanam Chan Palace on the road to Nakhon Pathom. This was built by King Rama VI (King Vajiravudh) in 1907 while he was still Crown Prince, and consist of two main buildings linked by a bridge over a canal. A statue of the King’s favourite dog stands nearby.Proceed by road to Wat Rai Khing where the Nakhon Chaisi River teems with “ pla sawai “ , a local fish. Board a longtailed boat for a cruise along canals lined with fruit orchards.
Then proceed to Samphran Elephant Ground and Zoo for lunch, followed by a crocodile wrestling show and an elephant show.
